These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of houseofayurveda.us and any products or services offered by House of Ayurveda (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
2. Products and Services
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.
We may modify or discontinue products without notice. Product availability and quantities are not guaranteed.
Our products and website content are provided for general wellness and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a product if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have health-related concerns.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount will be displayed during checkout.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted with your order. We do not directly store complete credit or debit card information.
Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, except where prohibited by law.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when:
- A product is unavailable
- Pricing or product information contains an error
- Payment cannot be authorized
- We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy abuse
- Shipping information is incomplete or invalid
- The order violates these Terms or applicable law
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot fulfill an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide an appropriate update and, when required, offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Certain opened, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, clearance, or final-sale products may not be returnable where clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before requesting a return.
7. Website Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
