Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.
To begin a return, email info@houseofayurveda.us with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not return an item without first receiving return instructions from our support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or incorrectly ordered products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us promptly and include photographs or videos showing the issue.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@houseofayurveda.us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without their original packaging
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly identified before purchase
- Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Exchanges

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
